How to Use Amrit Dhara:
- Method 1: Pour 2-3 drops of Amrit Dhara on a clean handkerchief or cloth. Inhale the vapors by holding the cloth close to your nose and mouth while taking deep breaths.
- Method 2: Pour 8-10 drops of Amrit Dhara in hot water. Inhale the steam by covering your head with a towel and leaning over the bowl. Breathe in the steam for relief from congestion and nasal blockage.
- Pour 1-2 drops of Amrit Dhara on a teaspoon of sugar or a Natasha (cleaned Betel leaf), or dilute it in a glass of warm water. Consume this mixture to soothe the stomach and alleviate symptoms of nausea and discomfort. Repeat if needed.
- Take 4-5 drops of Amrit Dhara orally as mentioned above. Depending on the severity of the infection, repeat the dosage every 15 minutes for two to three times.
- In the case of insect bites, especially from bees or scorpions, apply 1 drop of Amrit Dhara directly on the affected area. Gently rub it to alleviate pain and provide relief. For additional relief, crush Carom (Ajwain) leaves into a paste and apply it on the bite. Cover it with a clean cloth strip.
